General All individual stationery items are bespoke and handmade to order therefore slight variations may occur. There is no minimum order. Samples We are happy to send samples of our work. Please visit the Request a Sample page for more information. Ordering and Proofs We will issue you with an invoice when we have received and checked your order. When your initial payment deposit has cleared we will produce a set of proofs for you to check the design, wording and layout prior to printing. Payment can be made by personal cheque payable to 'Catherine O'Sullivan' and sent to the address below. Deposits are non-refundable. It is your responsibilty to gain copyright permission for any materials you ask us to include in your stationery order (e.g. hymns, readings etc. in Orders of Service). Please check the proofs very carefully, while we take great care in producing the proofs it is your responsibilty to ensure they are are exactly as you would like. Any changes required must be noted on the proof, signed and returned. An invoice for the remaining balance will be issued upon completion of the order. No goods will be dispatched or collected until the remaining balance has been paid.
Timescale Please allow up to 3/4 weeks for us to complete your order. If you require an Express Order please contact us before ordering to check availability. Reception items should be ordered at least 1 month prior to the wedding. Prices The price includes the typesetting, proofs, printing and envelopes where specified. The prices shown on this website are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%. Payment will be taken as acceptance of the terms and conditions of this website. Delivery A signature will be required on delivery. All orders are packed carefully and securely and we cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage once the goods have been dispatched. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Postage + Packaging is charged at £10 per order and sent via 'Royal Mail Signed For' delivery. Alternatively, you can collect your order from the studio, please contact us to arrange a suitable time. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellation All stationery is bespoke and handmade to your specifications therefore we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns. In the event of us making a mistake we will replace the items. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and return the items in their original packaging. Cancellation of an order will be subject to any costs incurred. Website We do not pass any customer information on to third parties. We reserve the right at any time and without prior notice to alter prices and make changes to the information on the site. Any price changes will not effect existing stationery orders.
